Avatar Stock (avatarstock.ai) is a brand operated by Blackroad Media LLC, based in California, United States ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the website or buy a product from us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Provide accurate information when signing up. An account is not required to buy the AI Realism Master Prompt Vault.

Products and pricing

The AI Realism Master Prompt Vault is a digital product sold for a one-time payment of $19.99 USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; Blackroad Media LLC is the seller and receives the payment.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed you receive a download link on the order confirmation page. Links expire after a short time for security; you can return to the same confirmation page to generate a new link. If you have trouble downloading, contact us.

License

Your purchase gives you a license to use the product as described in the Digital Product Licensing Agreement. You do not acquire ownership of the files or the intellectual property in them.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations after purchase, or exchanges for change of mind. If you have a technical issue accessing your files, we will provide reasonable assistance to restore access. Full details are in our Refund Policy. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, try to access files or areas you haven't paid for or aren't authorized to see, or interfere with its security or operation. You are responsible for how you use AI tools and the content you create, including following the terms of any third-party AI platform you use and the law.

Results

Prompts are guidance. Outputs depend on the AI tools you use and how they change over time, so we can't guarantee any specific result.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
