Digital Product Licensing Agreement

This agreement is between you, the buyer, and Blackroad Media LLC, which operates Avatar Stock. It covers the AI Realism Master Prompt Vault.
What you may do
- Use the prompts for personal projects.
- Use the prompts commercially to create your own original content, such as images, videos, ads and client work.
- Edit and adapt the prompts for your own use.
Content you create is subject to the terms of the AI platforms you use and to applicable law, including rights of other people in their likeness, trademarks and copyrighted works.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away the prompt files or their contents, whether whole, in part, or repackaged.
- Share the files or your download link with other people, or post the prompts publicly as a collection.
- Include the prompts in another prompt pack, course, template or product.
License terms
The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and for the individual or business that bought it. Blackroad Media LLC keeps all ownership of the product. The license ends if the purchase is refunded or if you break these terms.
AI characters
Character licenses are not on sale yet. Their terms will be published before character sales open.
